Cancellation fee Allowed to cancel up to 24 hrs before your appointment date. Last minute cancellation is a 35% fee of your intended service. Late fee Please text me if you are running behind! As long as I know then I can find a better solution. After a 15 minute grace period with no updates, a 50% fee of your intended service will be charged and you will need to set a new appointment. No call no shows A 50% fee of your intended service will be charged. If you book and ‘no call no show’ 3 times you will be charged each time and will be banned as my client. After hours Late appointments that require me to stay after 7 pm will have an additional $20 each extra hour stayed! Reminders: - For chemical safety & retention reasons I do not work over others work unless you went to someone else from the same salon. Don’t forget to add the ‘soak off’ if you are coming to me from another salon, it is required! - please book “fill in” for 2 1/2 weeks of nail growth, book “rebalance” for 3-4 weeks of nail growth! - Don’t forget to book for designs if you are wanting any because I may not be able to do them if you decide during the appointment and I don’t want to rush art! Not booking for designs leaves you to choose up to 1-2 gel colors! You can find design options under “additional services”! - You can send in any nail inspiration ideas to 256-309-4335 if you’re not sure about pricing or which design option to select! - When booking for freestyles, you are leaving all the control up to me except length! - I get paid commission on services. I cannot afford missed appointments, late cancellations, or last minute bookings without proper notice, thank you for understanding and booking with me 💗
