You can cancel up to 5 hours before your appointment with no issue. Please try to arrive on time — after a 10-minute grace period, a $10 late fee will apply. If you no call, no show, a 50% service fee will be charged and you’ll need to rebook for another date. After two no call, no shows, I won’t be able to take you as a client anymore. If you’re ever running behind, please text me — as long as I know, I can usually find a better solution for us! Appointments that run past 7 PM (excluding my late-night hours on Tuesdays and Thursdays) will include an additional $5 fee per 15 minutes after that time. For safety and product retention, I don’t work over other techs’ work unless they’re from the same salon. If you’re coming from another salon, please add a soak off — it’s required. Book a Fill In for up to 2½ weeks of growth or a Rebalance for 3–4 weeks. If you want designs, be sure to book a design add-on — otherwise, you’ll be limited to 1–2 gel colors.
